In the event that a mistake is made by Chocolate Silver Designs, a merchandise credit will be offered.

Use only a sterling silver polishing cloth to clean your jewelry. Silver cleaner will remove the finish we have applied.

All of our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from receipt. All of our jewelry is professionally soldered, and is durable enough for casual everyday wear.

Repair:

If necessary, one minor repair is offered free of charge, return shipping not included.

Can I wear my jewelry in the bath/shower?

Yes. Your jewelry is made to last. Consumer soaps and shampoos will not damage the finish on your jewelry. A light soapy residue can be easily removed with a sterling silver polishing cloth.

What about swimming?

Please remover your jewelry before swimming in a pool or the ocean. Certain chemicals can cause damage to the finish we have applied to your jewelry. Salt water will rapidly tarnish sterling silver.

How should I store my jewelry when I am not wearing it?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. A way to slow down this process is to store your jewelry in the plastic bag we have provided. Do not store your jewelry solely in the cotton-filled box, as cotton speeds up the tarnishing process. A sterling silver polishing cloth, available at most craft stores, will quickly polish your jewelry in the event of natural tarnishing.

What is my jewelry order is a gift? Can you send it straight to my friend?

The answer is yes. What is the question? If you are sending your order as a gift, we will gift wrap and mail your order for you! We will even include a hand written, personalized card at no additional expense.
